Ready to schedule your cleanings? Let us know and share your Airbnb calendar with us. We will handle cleanings for your existing bookings and monitor your calendar for new ones. We understand that guests might cancel last minute or book a last-minute trip. Please keep us updated when these events occur.

On the day of the cleaning, we will conduct a pre-cleaning inspection and notify you of any damages or excessive messes that we find. Following the inspection, we will proceed with cleaning and turnover of the space. Our services include changing linens, taking out the trash, washing up dirty dishes, and setting out fresh toiletries. Once the cleaning is complete, we will notify you that the space has been turned over and is ready for your next guest.
Forgotten Items:
Guests can often forget valuables or personal possessions. When this occurs, we will inform you and leave them in a secure supply closet so they can be retrieved or sent back to the guest at a later date.

Pay Per Cleaning:
Following each cleaning, you will receive a payment link. Simply use this link to pay via credit or debit card.
Monthly Invoicing:
At the beginning of each month, you will receive an invoice detailing all the turnover and deep cleanings completed the previous month. Invoice payments can be made via credit/debit card or check.
